The purpose of the Biodiesel Project, headed by Amanda Cuellar, is to evaluate the potential for using biodiesel on the University of Texas campus, spread awareness about biodiesel, and actually produce samples of biodiesel for further analysis.

To further the third objective, the team procured lab space at J.R. Pickle Research Center. The photos on this page are from work over the summer of 2007, building a rig to produce biodiesel.
