EXPO 2013 Shipping Instructions
If your company must ship materials for your recruiting display, please read the following instructions.
Lone Star Decorating is the official service contractor for the expo. For this event, The University of Texas has prepaid for the freight handling charges of your shipment. However, this does not include the shipping costs to and from the event. All material should be shipped in advance to the Lone Star Decorating storage warehouse. Lone Star Decorating will store your material in its warehouse up to 30 days prior to event and will place your material in your booth prior to your arrival. Your company name as well as the date that you are attending the event (Tuesday Only, Wednesday Only, or Tuesday & Wednesday) must be clearly designated on the labels to insure correct delivery. Incorrect labeling could result in lost or misplaced packages and a delay in your items being delivered to your booth.
It is highly recommended that you take advantage of this service.

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP MATERIAL TO THE ENGINEERING COUNCIL, THE ENGINEERING CAREER ASSISTANCE CENTER, OR THE FRANK ERWIN CENTER---IT WILL BE REFUSED.
If you are unable to ship your material, you may bring it with you during your booth setup time (see itinerary for more details).
Lone Star Decorating is requiring all exhibitors to check-in their outgoing shipments at their service desk which will be located at the loading dock at the top of the ramp. Do not simply drop off your outgoing freight in the area—items tend to be misplaced when not properly checked in. For outgoing freight services, you must have outgoing labels and make prior arrangements with your carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to pick up your material from the Frank Erwin Center between the hours of 5:00pm – 7:00pm. Your carrier must know which date to pick up, whether it is Tuesday or Wednesday. UPS & FedEx require a 24 hour notice. All material must be completely cleared from the building by 7:30pm on Wednesday, September 18. The address for the Frank Erwin Center is as follows:

Any material left behind by a company will be treated as abandoned and will be taken back to the Lone Star Decorating warehouse. A fee of $150 will be billed to any company with abandoned freight. Please note that there will be a delay in the material arriving to the next destination.
